Flenjo is a bar management system TechApex built to handle inventory, supplier orders, sales patterns, and day-to-day operations. Today the platform supports more than twenty bars on a shared codebase with tenant isolation and per-venue configuration.
Owners wanted one place to see stock, waste, and reorder points—without fighting spreadsheets after midnight.

Each venue keeps its own recipes, suppliers, and staff permissions while leadership can roll up performance across locations for purchasing and marketing decisions.
Independent bars often stitch together POS, WhatsApp orders, and paper counts. Flenjo centralizes operational truth so managers act on numbers, not guesses.
Rolling out to twenty locations meant handling uneven connectivity, training barbacks as well as managers, and keeping onboarding lightweight.
Inventory drift—shrinkage, miscounts, unrecorded comps—erodes margins. The product had to make honest counts easier than shortcuts.
Multi-tenant architecture required strict data separation, per-tenant branding, and safe feature flags so experiments in one bar never destabilized others.
TechApex shipped a modular inventory engine with audit logs, low-stock notifications, and integrations for common supplier workflows.
Training-first UX and in-app help reduced support load as new bars joined; analytics highlighted which features drove margin improvements per venue.
