Full-stack web platform, live streaming integration, access control
Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)
TechApex designed and operated the end-to-end registration and access experience for the Nigerian Bar Association’s 2025 Annual General Conference in Enugu. Delegates registered online, virtual attendees joined a stable live stream, and on-site entry was gated through a ticket system tied to venue access—reducing queues and giving organizers real-time visibility into attendance.
A single platform for registration, streaming, and gate-ready tickets kept our team focused on the conference—not spreadsheets.

The AGC required concurrent registration spikes, role-based access (physical vs virtual), and clear audit trails for who entered the venue. We optimized flows for mobile-first lawyers across Nigeria and built monitoring so issues could be triaged before delegates felt them.
The NBA needed a dependable digital backbone for its flagship annual gathering: thousands of members, a hybrid audience, and strict expectations around professionalism and uptime.
Enugu as the host city meant travel-heavy attendance and on-ground coordination with venue staff. TechApex aligned registration data with gate workflows so badges and digital tickets stayed in sync.
Hybrid events combine the hardest parts of broadcast and transactional web—latency-sensitive video alongside payment and identity flows that must not fail at peak.
Staff at the gate needed simple tools that worked offline-first where connectivity dipped, with clear escalation paths for edge cases (duplicate purchases, last-minute category changes).
We implemented a unified registration service with role-aware ticketing, integrated streaming for virtual attendance, and scanner-friendly access codes for the physical venue.
Operations dashboards gave the NBA live counts, exportable reports, and support tooling so help desk volunteers could resolve delegate issues with minimal training.
